The Neighbors
I and my new lovely roommates were just approved for our wonderful new place on east 78th st between 1st and 2nd ave. We have a garden fully equipped with healthy flowers, a grill and the sweet sweet smell of our neighbors, Orwasher’s Bakery. Not only are they our neighbors, but also the sweetest little custom dollhouse builder is 2 doors down. It’s like every little girls dream; sweets and dollhouses. I couldn’t be more excited. I’m already in love with New York.
These are the times I’ll miss when I move to the jungle.
Lyndhurst in Tarrytown,NY. Over looking views of the Hudson River, Tappan Zee bridge, and enormous landscape, this place is ideal for a gorgeous summer afternoon. Tours begin at 9am-4pm Friday-Sunday. Tour the mansion with it’s one of a kind stained glass and furniture, or stroll the grounds and take in the scenery.
A Mother is selfless. A Mother is patient. She’s a doctor, a psychiatrist, an atm even when she doesn’t want to be, a chef, a maid, the devil when defied, a teacher and a friend. How is she all these things without complaining once? Moms are truly amazing and today I wish my mom, mom Elaine and and mom Pam the best mothers days in the world. To my friends who are blessed with being new mothers over the years, I wish you all a wonderful mothers day.
